eTV
eTV is an online video service designed and operated in New Zealand specifically for teachers who want to use video to support their classroom programmes. A catalogue of more than 8000 TV programme recordings from 32 channels, and the entire Archives New Zealand historical film collection, is searchable using metadata created by eTV’s educational librarian, who is also available to respond to requests for recordings of any programmes of interest.There are also 15 domestic and international channels streaming live.Pakuranga College pays for an eTV subscription.
